The treatment is performed on a heated massage table in a low-lit space. This treatment will leave you feeling calm and at peace. Reiki is an ancient Japanese modality facilitated by the practitioner passing harmonizing energy through their hands. Reiki has been proven to relieve stress and anxiety and helps to lower blood pressure.

Sound Healing

Sound has been used for centuries to aid in physical and emotional health. It puts you into a deep state of meditation by playing instruments. The instruments create binaural tones to align your brain waves. You will awaken refreshed and with a calm mind. This treatment can be added to any other service or performed as a full service

Reflexology

Reflexology is a detailed foot stimulation and releasing technique that will be applied to help "awaken" the energetic pathways in your feet. This treatment will help clients improve their circulation and release blocks that cause symptoms in the body. Reflexology is available to be added to any service.  $33 (30 min.)  or as a full service with sugar scrub included $66 (60 min)
